Playing wordle saved the life of an 80-year-old woman in Chicago, USA. According to reports, Dennis Holt was held hostage for about 18 hours. After being taken hostage, Holt thought that she would not be able to escape, but how did Verdle save her life, let us know.

Denise Holt, a resident of Morse Avenue in Lincolnwood, was sleeping on February 5. They have told the police that a naked man broke into their house with scissors by breaking the window while she was sleeping. He threatened me and took me captive in his own house. The 32-year-old accused has been identified as James H Davis.

Holt has stated that she was obeying Davis' orders while being held hostage. He has said that the hostage taker told me that he will not harm and molest me. So I was just trying to stay alive and survive. He had locked me in the basement bathroom.

Holt's family members live in Seattle. They worried that Holt didn't share today's Wordle score. Because Holt used to share Verdel's score with her family members every day. After this the family members sent a message to Holt but there was no response to the message. Though the messages were being read but the reply was not being given.

Holt's family members became very upset. He informed the police about the matter. After this the local police got information about an intruder. Police had to use a stun gun to capture Davis. The police then rescued Holt.

According to media reports, Davis has mental health problems. He is facing charges of felony assault, assault with a weapon at home, kidnapping and aggravated assault against the police officer.
